I booked for R210 set paid deposit, got there on time then I added some foil on my nails which I had to add R30 on each finger,after a day tips broke I spoke to Sona the owner of the salon she ignored my measages for 3days then on a Monday texted her again she responded as if she didn’t understand the language gave me attitude she asked who did my nails and gave me a very late slot to come so my nails I told her I’m working I cannot make it to that time she told me she cannot arrange anything for me FESTIVE CLIENTS PAID as if I did my nails for free till today she has done nothing but to tell me I’ve already paid so what.
I did an upgrade with Telkom and took the insurance on the 7th day now the agent that was assisting me with my insurance is telling me that my application got declined because it's was the 7th day. He's so rude telling me to call customer care if I'm not happy not coming with any solution. This was Telkom Gateway. I think his name is Thulani
