Sorted out a tracking device query. Very efficient and helpful
Great service, though they could not match my cover on the 1 vehicle. Overall great service.
Zarin Hartley was very helpful and understood my claims well
I will 110% recommend Weelee to anyone who is looking to sell their vehicle. They were able to beat the offer I got. Thanks Wayne for all your exceptional efforts and going the extra mile to make Weelee amazing.
Excellent and efficient service from Anele, Africa and Karabo M. Easy to submit claims.
I bought a Honda from Letlhogonolo Mogudi the salesman who after the deal did not want to attend to any of my queries and would lie that certain things were fixed when in deed they were not. The Vehicle Registration is HJ18NCGP this was the start of my troubles. Larry Friedman later took over and got involved and took over from Lethhogonolo. The sequence of events are as follows: •The first repair was the spray work , the drivers side seat belt and a burning smell from the motor. There was a blemish on the paint work which I reported to Lee on 16 November 2020 the vehicle was returned to your dealership who tried to polish it out but could not they eneded up scratching the paint. Around early December 2020 Larry booked the vehicle into have it resprayed. After the respray the vehicle cam back with scratches. The vehicle was returned and sent back for rectification on the spray work. After this was sorted out the paint work was not blended properly and the vehicle had different shades of paint. It was sent back to the panelbeaters after the motor was redone. The vehicle came back and there was white blemishing on the rear bumper (this was supposed to be sorted out but I had returned the car before this was done) •The second time was for the brakes which I complained about on 09 November 2020, this was only resolved after I had tried to diagnose the shudder myself and realised that there were after-market brakes fitted to the car with a hard compound which was confirmed by on of Honda Sandton's service advisors via telephonic discussion. The brakes were only done in early March 2021. At this time I also complained about a rattling sound from the bottom of the steering and your dealership did not address this problem. I then had a look for myself and found that there were a few panels not put back properly and 2 *****s that were not tightened. •The grill on the vehicle had chrome peeling, which was supposed to have been sorted out but Larry informed me that we should wait on this as your dealership was busy setting up its own chroming facility but due to covid this chroming facility never materialised. The front bumper is/was also loose which was agreed upon with Lee that it would be sorted prior to delivery this was never done. •Then came the repairs done under Honda warranty – May 2021 this was due to the bearings seizing on the motor which was claimed through the warranty. •Tie repairs done under Honda warranty – June 2021 (I am not sure if this was done under the warranty as I never received the invoice from Honda all I know is that after I got the vehicle back from Honda Sandton when the motor was done the battery light kept coming on. Larry informed me that I should probably change the battery which I did. After changing the battery there the problem still persisted. It was then sent back to Honda Sandton who said that it was some loose wiring this problem only began after the motor was redone. •I also reported to Larry that the vehicle was unstable he told me to ask Felix to have a look at it, Felix drove the vehicle and felt this unstableness he suggested that I take the vehicle to a panelbeater to have them look at whether the chassis was not straight and to tyre place to check the shocks and aligment. I took the car to Supa Quick and had them do the balancing and alignment, after spending the whole day trying to get the problem sorted out they eventually figured out that the steering on the vehicle was not straight which caused the vehicle to veer to the right on its own while holding the steering straight. I Later logged this complaint with the Dealer principle Yvonne Wolhuter which was a total waste of time. I APPEAL TO THE PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BUY VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS THEY SELL POOR QUALITY VEHILCES. I will not recommed this dealership to anyone as I have been done in by them. I paid R170 000 for the car they took the vehicle back and paid me only R160 000 for this vehicle that was defective from the onset. They selling this vehcile now for R189 999. They are not CPA compliant and do not abide by the rule of law. They are unethical business people that only care about making money at cheating the consumers.
