TERRIBLE SERVICE! They add admin fees to your statement, but none of it stands on the invoices. Add additional costs if your Debit order doesn’t go through but the payment is done before the Debit Order date via Email. Then adds additional rent on the “outstanding fees” which is added without reason. You try and argue with them about it, it’s just ignored and comes with other stories. If you read their other reviews it’s clear that they are money hungry people who just sits in their offices and seek money but can’t do their work properly. Especially if you look at the conditions of the estates they run! They used my property twice for annual meetings with owners of the estate - no thank you received from them either. Quick to take, but no delivery!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Ordered 8 shirts in August. Received 5 of my 8 shirts. When you complain they block you on facebook. No response via Whatsapp or email. Bad quality shirts as well. Can’t even call them shirts. Rather call it a very thick blanket.
SMT Training Centre / College is non existent when it comes to service. On 23 June I registered and paid for a Microneedling course. Upon registration I was told that they'll come back to me as soon as payment has been received. Today us 1 July, surely payment had to be received already. I called them asking about my training and kit. Firstly, I was told they've been trying to get hold of me but were unable to find me (please note they have my NAME, SURNAME & EMAIL - I wasn't contacted at all). Secondly, I was told I registered for 2 people to do a training (I paid for a training with a microneedling kit) - they told me it's not possible. I told them well that's what I registered for on the college website, the woman had a look and told me oh okay, I need to WhatsApp her and she'll come back to me. I send her a Whatsapp. I was told to arrange my own courier to collect my kit (no information on this was stated on the website) I arranged courier and queried on why I should arrange my own courier - RESPONSE: We supply the product, you need to pay your own courier - I'll tell them to update the T&C's. Courier came to Pick up the product at instructed by the woman at 13:30 at the given address in Umhlanga. Courier arrived, she told the courier to come tomorrow. No information on this was given to me. I had to find out via the courier. I messaged her again. She just told me they have no stock and awaiting it - so how can you tell me to arrange courier to pick up the product at a specified date & time when you don't have stock. I send her a polite message about the bad service, and that she didn't inform me on anything and I've been waiting a week already and that I hope the service improves. With Kind regards at the end. Her response was that she's not a miracle worker & won't work with my rudeness and that I need to send my banking details so she can refund my money. Her miracles can't come from someone who she has no contact details with (uhmmm it's all on email and you supposed website and you've had time for a week now to arrange all of this) Nevertheless : DON'T BUT DON'T register for their courses. NO SERVICE NO IDEA OF WHAT IS GOING ON NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS NO IDEA OF DOING BUSINESS VERY VERY VERY UNPROFFESIONAL
