Food poisoning
We ate there on Sunday the 7th of May for mom's birthday. All 14 of us are sick with vomiting and running stomach. We had 2 people go to hospital aswel. We told the waiter the chicken was dry and the sauce was old nothing was done about it. The owner contacted us via email saying the other resturants around him had closed due to the same reason but yet he stayed open for who knows what reason he was extremely rude and no people skills for a owner not worried about any customer but only about his business. A few of us also phoned to report and his other manager was just as rude as him on the phone saying it's the water. We did not drink any water. He then goes on to say they use the tap water to wash dishes and make ice. So if they knew the water was a problem with possible cholera why keep using it. So he was contaminating people knowing the water was a problem. We have incurred alot of medical bills and time off work plus money on medication. And the the owner Mike van vuuren attitude i*****r to put it nicely and his mangers aswel have obviously learnt his style of managing. We have reported them to the health department aswel and he though it was a big joke on the phone but clearly he has no idea. We spent about 6 there only for us to have poor food and all get sick and then deal with a rude manager who has no people skills and a filthy attitude. Not offering help in anyway or to ask how are the patients even but he was happy to take our money. Please do stay away as there.policies is obviously based on money and poor people skills not based on customer satisfaction

Bidvest guards damaged my vehicle
This company guards our premises at gautrain. There guard damaged an broke my boot lock. With continues efforts to communicate with them they don't reply. I have even emailed top management they read it an don't reply. There service is absolutely disgusting poor an not user friendly at all. I urge top management to contact me in this regard as I have been left with damages to my car

Lock switch needed
I needed a locksmith to open my boot on my bmw, a lady by the name of Msuthu assisted me and she was well spoken and listened very well .
