Booking.com did not post the danger of our experience on their website(*******) at Rachawadee Glencairn. It's allowing the owners not to take responsibility of their guests safety. No insurance cover for loss of Important and valuable things. Owner was more worried that booking.com took off for the night we were ****** being on her property

Dream Beds and Home Brackenfell
This company called Dream Beds and Home in Brackenfell offers one a free delivery service online and upon checkout you are charged R300 for delivery. To make things worse, the delivery guys drop off your goods where they feel like. I was given the excuse that they could not carry my goods upstairs because they were only two people. Lazy ****holes. I got my gardener and his friend to do it the next day no problem. I tried to complain and called the company but they were rude and arrogant over the phone They are a no go for me!!!! Poor Service

My last booking via Travelstart
Good Afternoon All, I have been trying to make changes to my booking since the president made the Level 4 announcement. There is absolutely no way of getting hold of someone to assist, no telephone number. Communicated via email and what's app, repeatedly receiving computer generated messages that don't match my query. System repeatedly sends me an error message saying that I have entered an invalid combination which is an error in the system
