Bunch of liars and biggest one is Willem
Bunch of liars and biggest one is Willem Ordered a lamp for the outside and asked for the correct dimensions before ordering it. After they gave me the dimensions i prepared my house according to these specs. The lamp arrived and was super sticky and not even close to the measurements i was told before. I first called in and was told they will handle it. Weeks later nothing has happened until i got this "Willem" on the phone. He promised that i get my money back. Of course that was also a lie. He told me many times that the money has to be reversed. then he told me it was paid already and i just dont see it on my account. Then he told me he will send me the proof of payment what also never happened. The last conversations i had he didn't care anymore. I would not recommend anyone to order anything here.

Perfect service and fast delivery
Amazing Service. Answered all my questions and after ordering my switches they were sent out immediately. Came even via overnight service and i had them the next day. Will definitely buy again.

Vox Fibre speed unacceptable. Not willing to compromise
I have got a 500mbit Fibre line with Vox. Reason is i need this to move large files between EU and ZA. Unfortunately since the day it was activated i am not even receiving close to the speed that i am paying for. This is going on for 8 months already and i am done. This is handed over to an attourney as i am willing to sue them now. The consumer protection act is on my side here.
