My opinion is that I was handled by a expert in he's job he was very effeciant
https://aomotors.co.za/contact-us/ A.O Motors sold us a 2017 VW Golf 7 TSI that was deemed a code 2 and when we started reporting petrol leaks and broken seatbelts, to say the least, they countered with ‘we did not sell you this car, it was Weslin’, refusing to service the complaint until I decided to refer the matter to the automotive industry ombudsman. Since then, A.O Motors have taken my car for repairing the defects, but on returning my vehicle more than three months later, the new Debra report showed that only cosmetic work was done. We still had a broken seatbelt and leaking Petrol tank, to say the least, once more, We bought this vehicle October 2021. Driving it is no longer and piton as it remains a health and safety risk and should be on the road in its current state. We have been offered a R 5000 settlement amount to compensate for the trouble we have been causes so far, but this is unacceptable. The debt is over R250 000 AND ALL WE HVE BOUGHT IS STRESS, EXPENSE, WORRY, SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND EXCESSIVE DAILY EMAILS AND ADMINISTRATION TO TRY AND GET AA.O.MOTORS TO GET THE VEHICLE IN A SAFE AND PROPER STATE. I will now have to put in more effort to get an affordable lawyer to start a civil suit in order for us to get treated fairly as we have no more faith in A.O.Motors. I was very happy when the car was returned and complimented the team from A.O. motors, but when they sent me the new Debra report, I was not happy at all with the fact that the items that makes the vehicle unsafe for the road and use were still defecting the vehicle. A.O.Motors have wasted too much good time on treating us unfairly. When the vehicle is in its proper and safe state and when I am refunded for 3 Months worth of installments and all other money I have spent on defect related expenses, I will be open to discussing closure of this case.
