I’ve set up an fibre connection for my friend who does not have a credit card, my friend has now moved and does not require the service. I had a 12 month contract which I’m trying to cancel for three months and they keep extending it for another month which I have to pay for. I’ve called countless amounts of times and they refuse to cancel the service which I’m currently paying for nobody to use. A girl on the phone today kept putting me on hold and telling me I need to pay for another month which keeps extending to god knows how many more months. They also did not install the internet in the beginning and also charged me. They said if I cancel it will cost me an additional 8000 Rand.. this firm is the worst I’ve ever experienced. It’s going on to be 16 months soon because of this ******* company. Please whatever you do, do not use this service. I need to cancel my bank account to stop this service basically. It’s so wild
