Poor service after they have received payment, not receiving my settlement letter.
Good Morning Team I am Sithembiso Mchunu residing in Vryheid, I have been a client for Capitec for years But it has come to my attention that Capitec staff members in Vryheid, especially at Checkers center are so disrespectful and have now been hiding behind load shedding Not to assist us. They tend to give their friends special treatment even if you came first; Yesterday I was at the above branch, around 14:55 they told me they won’t assist me because Load shedding is about to start at 15:00. I waited inside the branch up until 15:30 but the lady Assisted someone who came after me, I queried that and She was so rude to me, I heard that it was Her Aunty, I asked for branch Manager She was nowhere to be found Regards S Mchunu 1188838030 (Account number) 063 625 8651 (Cell)
I always have a problem with this telecom company Blueconnect, when I need their assistance they either have an amateur assisting, who cannot even take my ID number correctly and cellphone number. Blue Label Connect has done it again, I was called by Siphiwe Muringnai assisting me with a of a phone that just went blank in three months of use, query ref ;3549726. Courier Co. came and fetched the phone for repairs and Blue label connect said they will pay for repairs but to my dismay I am getting billed by Robotronics with job number; JHB39569.
Poor service all round, a Lady working there has no customer interaction skills. She is rude.
I am Sithembiso Mchunu, I have a contract with Blue label connect of 299.00 per month that entails a) cellphone called Cubot J5, b) Sim Card Cell C . The cellphone only operated for only three months from date of receiving it that is 22January 2021.I called their call center for several occasions and I have been told my call had been logged with Ref BLPV-210603-5782670. i have not been assisted further till today my device is not functioning nothing is happening from Bluenet, but they are getting their premium monthly as per our Contract but me as a customer I am not serviced I have been scammed.
