Hi today I went to frontline to do my shopping, and I got to the till I swiped my card then got the notification that money went out but at the store they told .me due to network they didn't receive anything. Then I asked the lady who was helping me what's the way forward and she called the supervisor, the supervisor said the money is floating so for me to get what I was buying I need to pay cash and when ever my money reflect they will refund. They treated me bad as if I don't have plans for my money now o have to wait for then to see if my money reflect or not
Today I received a bad treatment due network as if it was my fault. I went to frontline hammaskraal to do my shopping wen got to the till I swiped my card then got a notification that money went out but they couldn't print the receipt because they said it's network. And when I asked them what's the way forward they said I need to pay with cash in order fore to get those things I bought, then when the money reflect on their they will refund. Like honestly speaking they didn't even want t you to hear me out the supervisor Cate told me the is nothing she can do I just need to pay with cash or come back the next day or wen they reverse my money??
