I'm very much disgusted by the bad customer service of National Prepaid as I never being credited with amounts due to me since I've put their prepaid meter in my cottage since last year. Before the could install their meter box they asked me to pay their installation which was around R890 and of which I did likewise and now the shocking part is that when I ask them to get credited of any amount due to me since then they are telling me to produce a receipt showing I paid for the installation what level of dishonesty is that? I mean for them to install the service they told me to pay for installation and of which I did? I lost the receipt as we moving in our new property. What type of system are they using to rob customers when it comes for them to play their part? Use your Finance department to track my payment under Kenneth Masuku in Mindalore Krugerdorp. I reported a lost cellphone in February 2021 at Markham Westgate and up until now I haven't received my cellphone. I visited the store more than 10 times and their Insurance department the Foschinigroup@finrite.co.za are the most useless of the bunch. I even sent them an email and even now they haven't responded. I've never seen such a pathetic service whilst I'm paying my premiums. Can they replace my phone coz I'm tired of begging them.
