I'm very much disgusted by the bad customer service of National Prepaid as I never being credited with amounts due to me since I've put their prepaid meter in my cottage since last year. Before the could install their meter box they asked me to pay their installation which was around R890 and of which I did likewise and now the shocking part is that when I ask them to get credited of any amount due to me since then they are telling me to produce a receipt showing I paid for the installation what level of dishonesty is that? I mean for them to install the service they told me to pay for installation and of which I did? I lost the receipt as we moving in our new property. What type of system are they using to rob customers when it comes for them to play their part? Use your Finance department to track my payment under Kenneth Masuku in Mindalore Krugerdorp. Misunderstanding, my apologies Please send your municipal account. sales@nationalprepaid.co.za I have valves in the gulley to turn water off from the complex so your inbstalltion is easy - you dont need to turn the complex off - part of my preventative maintenance Ok Send banking details so that I can pay for the prepaid electricity meter tonight We only send an invoice once installation has been done. We don't install the water meter. You need to complete a separate form. A plumber can assist you with that installation. We can come through and install the electricity meter tomorrow. Is this suitable for you? I only need it installed the end of (31st of) January when I move out but can pay tonight for electricity meter and installation. How much is the water meter going to cost? I switched to the National Prepaid meter after somebody told me they were extremly happy with the functioning of the meter. The meter and their servicd is fantastic.

Absolutely terrible my electricity is going super fast. I littery stay in a 2 bedroom Garden flat my electricity bill is R3000 a month. They charge a person R4.90 a unit excl vat this is insanity.

If there was a 0 that's what I'd give National Prepaid are the worst company they help when you signing up and very quick to respond but when u have a problem they are very rude disrespectful and unhelpful, furthermore they don't listen to you as a customer and your request they make u fell like you're uneducated or lack understanding thats what happened to me 3 times since March 2024 when I decided to get these meters. If you deciding for a prepaid system don't use them

NOT TO BE USED!! I cut there prepaid electricity meter off after the properties electricity shot through the roof. after paying electrician R2000 for fault finding he confirmed it was the meter and said the same thing seems to happen with that companies meters as he showed me another meter in the back of his car. This has not only happened to me. please be warned!!
