Absolutely terrible my electricity is going super fast. I littery stay in a 2 bedroom Garden flat my electricity bill is R3000 a month. They charge a person R4.90 a unit excl vat this is insanity.
most horrible customer service ever i asked for a 1 week payment extention on my vechile now i get told there are no extentions and they add a R3000 penalty to my account as they want to fetch my vechile and when you phone and ask to speak to the supervisor they are never in office.
Worst customer service ever. I have never had so much **** with a Fibre provider. I have non stop **** with my internet I have to phone about 4 times a week to reset my line because they cap a person and keep on switching me of. And when I request a technician it takes 2 weeks to get someone else but end of the month I have to pay full payment for there **** service. I canceled 2 weeks ago and still haven't Evan recieved a confirmation worst Fibre provider in this country. I won't recommend their **** services to anyone
Worst medical aid out there, Gave me a 3 months waiting period for no reason, I tried finding out and asked them why do i have a waiting period but no answer for a whole month. I didn't sign the document to say i accept the 3 months waiting period so i canceled the membership because of this, They deducted the money from my account and now i am struggling my ass of to get thru to there membership department to refund my money it is 2 weeks now and i am sending them mails every single day but no reply. I phoned and all that gets said is that they don't have a contact number. I basically just lost R5000.00 for nothing. I wont recommend this medical aid to anyone out there, Their customer services is up to ****. If i knew this i would of rather spend the extra money and went to a better medical aid.
This is the worst place ever, They phoned and asked for payment after they took my African bank account from DMC. I asked them when this will be resolved and they promised me it will be resolved in 24 Hours if I make the payment. I immediately made the payment with the discount they offered. Now its 2 weeks later and I have to phone every day to find out what's happening, Everyday I must speak to someone else and its really frustrating as no one knows what is happening now I get told no the matter will only be solved in 30 day because that's how long they take to resolve an issue. This people does not know what they are doing and is the worst place to do business with. I will not recommend anyone to use them they are a bunch of scams.
