I'm a takealot customer for years and this is the first time having such a pathetic experience with them so I ordered sippy cups and a pacifier from them and had a issue with both the pacifier did not have a size description so I was looking for 1 that type thought it might be a standard size but it was so small maybe for a newborn or premie baby so did not want the item wity the sippy cup it was coeey brand and it was leaking so I scheduled a return the same day I did not even use the items just rinced one bottle and noticed the leak so wanted a return so I was advised that both are not returnable items so was so upset because these I have returned baby bottles before and this was a manufacturing issue not even a takealot issues it was supposed to be taken up with the cooeey brand and the pacifier was mis advertising because it didn't specify a age or size so I wanted a full refund and never got it and never got a further response in regards to my query so very upset about this
I always use lancet for all my blood tests, I had some bloods done in October and was recently made aware that I owe an amount and contacted the call center to check why because I have funds available I needed something as simple as a statement to do a claim so I called they say accounts department is closed and that they will be back 2 January 2025 now I need to submit this claim before the years ends the consultant insists I send an email to the department but it's closed my response will be dealt with next year I called an actual branch they say I need to come in where as they can just email the document as they are able to give it to me if I go there now I'm not on any leave so I don't have the time to get there I'm getting calls and sms's every day about owing them I want to sort this out but nobody assists me and I'm not supposed to be owing in the first place this is really frustrating
If there was a 0 that's what I'd give National Prepaid are the worst company they help when you signing up and very quick to respond but when u have a problem they are very rude disrespectful and unhelpful, furthermore they don't listen to you as a customer and your request they make u fell like you're uneducated or lack understanding thats what happened to me 3 times since March 2024 when I decided to get these meters. If you deciding for a prepaid system don't use them

Dischem online is worst most pathetic customer service places and online order 29-01 put in specific notes for delivery but the delivery people did not receive that note there 1st attempt at delivering was on a Saturday at 16:30 pm my specific instructions where Mon to Friday between 8am and 4pm I called the store multiple times regarding the order they transfer me to dispensary then hold on then the call cuts off I spoke to someone to change my delivery address to a home address but still nothing came through this is my 1st time doing a dischem online order and the only reason was that close by stores didn't have what I needed for such a big franchise this is pathetic
If I could have no star it would be 0 star rating because ethekwini is literally *****ing from people that's what I will say *****ing they have drastically increased bills within November and December by up to 500% more then what residents should be paying and there answer is that people have been receiving a free amount of water from 2020 to date and we have received free water that we should not be receiving but the issue is that residents have never asked for any free amount of water and even so the value of properties are shown on our municipal bills so if ethekwini has been giving a certain amount of free water we did not ask for it and if it's a fault of the water department let the people know before hand not and gradually add a little on our bills not just increase it by 500% this is really ******* how do people survive it's absolutely wrong I met a gentlema that's 73 with his wife 68 Bill coming to R9000 with 2 pensioners how do they survive with pension of R4000 combined and a bill of R9000 this is ridiculous we need to be reimbursed as this is not our fault we did not ask for it!!!!
I have a claim that's going on forever I'm 30 years I've been diagnosed with breast cancer I have a dreaded disease claim that they just don't care about instead of helping me they are asking silly non related things that's holding back my claim I'm so frustrated with them worst insurance company ever
