Honours degree Nightmare at Mancosa
Honours Programme: Is Starting to affect my health. The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life was to register with Mancosa,I have never ever been so depressed the incompetence and the arrogance of the staff, I will never ever register masters with this institution. They have delaying tactics so that we can re-register again and mind you the fees are expensive. Imagine being told to change and redo your work while the due date is close by. I’m done with this institution

Makro online refund
I purchase something in October,few days after the purchase I was told that the item is out of stock and they will process a refund,till this day(22/12/2024) No refund was processed. I have send several emails and made calls,I have been given excuses after excuses.They requested a proof of banking details letter of which I have submitted but till today no response and no refund.

Bad customer service
Bought 2 occasional chairs and I was told to wait for 5 weeks,5 weeks passed with no communication whatsoever,when I contact them they tell me they are waiting for stock that was supposed to arrive on the 22nd of October,it’s the 1st of November still no stock

scammers
order 3379:placed an order on the 14th of October 2021,and until today 27/01/2022 i have not received my shoes, i have send countless messages, emails and Dm's on Instagram ,their response will be "Please provide us with the order number or they will say we will be in touch with you.
