Very poor fibre supplier. Been with them for 6 weeks and have had a number of disconnections lasting a few days at a time. The latest disconnection since Saturday 07/09 and still no internet service. Little to no response to messages regarding connection issues. They don’t even answer their phones. Do not sign up with these amateur's, they do not have the infrastructure to give a decent and functional fibre supply. Unfortunately they advertise cheap fibre deals, but don’t have the ability to back up the supply.
Have purchased from this company before, but have not had any issues, up to now. My recent order was placed at the end of March, with stock showing as available. I have received half my order, All be it in 2 separate deliveries and well after the allotted 10-25 days. I am still waiting for remaining balance. Also have same issues with no response to emails. Calls go unanswered, with every department line being “busy”. Not sure how KARIBAA fit into this company, but was surprised to get some of my items delivered by them??? Seems a bit dodgy. Not a happy customer at all!
Very poor service. Bought data cards from them, which don’t work as possibly not activated. No-one available when you call to ask for help, not even the person who actually answers the phone!!! Leave messages for manager to call you back, which do not get returned. Why do they even bother answering the phone at all??? Worst customer service ever!
Having dealt with Boardmaster in the past, our experience was satisfactory, until recently, hence the 3 star rating. We used their online website order platform to place an order for collection. On receipt of order confirmation via email, our order was stated as being in hold until payment is received and that a quotation would be sent to us shortly. We contacted the offices directly to enquire about how to pay and were told we needed the quotation. After 5 days of waiting for the elusive quotation, we sent an email enquiry, as our production of goods were now being delayed by stock shortages. Needless to say, the quotation was eventually received, without any apology or explanation and in my opinion their customer service levels are not a #WIN for me at the moment.
Claimed for a minor injury to our dog. Within 5 minutes of the claim being emailed, we received an reply from the handler, Rachelle Fritz. She dealt with the claim immediately and we received notification that same afternoon that it had been accepted and processed for pay out. We are very pleased with the speed and attention that Rachelle gave to our claim and would definitely recommend Dotsure to anyone.
