POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY
Iam dissapointed with the service of Cash balance send my statement yesterday at sales@cashbalance.co.za no response called today a lady responded charmaine mavunda from vaal send the her my documents at 12:00 called her line it was off,called again twice a guy from brits branch answered sent him my documents no aknoledgement of receipt and he kept quite.Have been a loyal client but their service is poor and no accountability

No communication but debit your money
They have debited more than once no e-mail no phone call their whatsapp is never answered for 2 months now it looks like my money is going to waste

They dont deliver on their promise
My patner bought furniture at Noble custom furnitures last year till today we havent received our furniture wouldnt recommend them at all iam in the process of suing them.
