NOVASmile SHOCKING “service” Do NOT go there
Wish there was a NO star! Ordered R2500 Dental Bleaching Kit almost 6 weeks ago (ordered it over the takealot one) as said 2-5 days shipping!! Correspondence takes forever and promised promised promised a refund BUT nothing!! Only the odd email today sorry for the delay! It has been the MOST shocking experience!!! Don’t ever ever ever ever buy from them!! The last ema said its been escalated to Finance department for refund and one the morning said please apologise for the delay of the product! I don’t want your product I want my money back

Thieves - Ran away with R5000 deposit and unlisted their numbers!
Ran away with R5000 deposit and unlisted their phone numbers. Capitec Audit shows that funds were utilized via ATM so there’s no way of getting any money back.
