These guys do not provide feedback and are completely BELOW STANDARD with customer service. My car has been in for repairs for over 50 days. On the day my car was due for release, they held it back and ordered additional parts, causing another 2 week delay from the already LONG WAIT. I highly recommend you look elsewhere to repair your car. Be prepared for the worst customer experience you have ever received, topping even the public sector services. I can only HOPE that the repair job is to a standard.

THINK TWICE BEFORE SIGNING A FIBRE CONTRACT WITH VODACOM. What a joke! Submitted my contract for fibre at my house, with active lines. All they need to do is to send a installation guy out to connect a ONT router and activate the line. This was late May, we are in July. Still no fibre. Through June, countless amounts of calls, NOTHING. I have sent proof of residence 5 times now. Again, WHAT a joke. BE PREPARED TO WAIT MONTHS FOR FIBRE WHEN SUBMITTING IT THROUGH VODACOM. So in the past 40 something days, nothing. AND Vodacom is BILLING ME for fibre ALREADY??? WHAT A JOKE!!!
