Precision & Sons repaired a damaged rim on my vehicle. After I received the vehicle back, I noticed new damage on the rim. I sent pictures to the company. I was promised that the wheel would be collected and fixed. Subsequently I had to follow up a few times. It is now more than a month, and there has been no further action or communication.

I booked my car, Merc A200 for repairs. Parts arrived earlier than expected and It was repaired way ahead of schedule. The receptionist is professional and so patient! Avesha is amazing! Always updating you on the progress of the car. Jody, the assessor was exceptional! He explained in detail the work to be done, he was very reassuring and patient. They cleaned the car and it looked like it is new. I received excellent service. Truly first class treatment. Thank you so much.

Poor service ever I won't recommend these guys to anyone. I left the vehicle with them for assessment and repairs, the assessor went there 2 days later they said the vehicle is not there. I had to drive to the panel beater to show them the vehicle that was with them for 2 weeks. Repairs were approved on the 11th of March, when I called on the 14th of March, they said they didn't receive authorization from the insurance. They called later this day to say they received the authorization shortly. I called them today (27 March) for update because they never called again since, Nadia told me that they CHECKED the parts meaning they checked availability but not ordered parts. The service is terrible and below standard.

I booked my car, It was repaired within a reasonable time. Receptionist is professional, the assessor (Junaid) explained in details the work to be done, Erens cleaned the car and it looked like it is new. Car repair completed 8 days before estimated completion date. It is my second time receiving excellent service. Thank you so much.

These guys do not provide feedback and are completely BELOW STANDARD with customer service. My car has been in for repairs for over 50 days. On the day my car was due for release, they held it back and ordered additional parts, causing another 2 week delay from the already LONG WAIT. I highly recommend you look elsewhere to repair your car. Be prepared for the worst customer experience you have ever received, topping even the public sector services. I can only HOPE that the repair job is to a standard.

I am being moved from pillar to post by Precision Motors and Mercedes Benz South Africa over the status of repairs for my vehicle that was taken in for panel beating on 11/04 and now on 05/05 I find out that some of the parts are due to arrive from Germany on 19/05 then repairs on my vehicle will resume. I am being made to look like a fool and being misled by both service providers who send multiple emails with car jargon which is meant to confuse me as am not a car specialist neither do I wish to be one. I am struggling to understand why I was told to bring car in if the parts are not available and only find out there is confusion when you start asking questions.
