This was truly an exceptional service expirence. My daughter had a minor accident and needed repairs ! WOW what a great experience !
Cannot believe how useless a bank can be. Tried to pay for car repairs - used credit card - nope rejected - tried again - nope - so called ***** !! Called ***** line - waited more than 5 min / dropped call - called private banker - help !!! Waited 15 min - called back - o sorry cannot get hold of their own ***** dept !! Ok let’s do an immediate payment !! Great idea - o that takes from 2 to 3 hours - that’s the immediate!! Ok now 5:30 - no payment - leave car at repair shop - wait on curb for family to fetch !! How bad can a bank be !!! Time to move banks ! Will start to look around ! Enough is enough !!
How in todays age can a huge company like Macro have such an incredibly bad delivery service ? Ordered online - simple order - 12 Nov - email said delivery would be 14 Nov -NOTHING - next got some form of delivery notice from Wumdrop - saying delivery would be Saturday 16 Nov - guess what NO delivery - so today is 18 November - not bad 6 days and 2 waste your time promises to deliver - app says order in progress - wow even tried calling in to ask whats going on - that got me nowhere ! I really find it amazing that this is so unreliable !! I can things from China with Temu even faster !!!!
Please do not goto the restaurant - its a waste of money !! I took customers today to the restaurant and had one of the worse experiences ever !! Firstly - they had no fillet nor t bone steaks ! really - what a joke - well we ordered rump ! what a really bad thing to do - i estimate it took 1h20 min for the order to arrive - the steaks were horrible - really bad - tough tough - i only ate 50% because i was SO darn hungry ! O yes my vegetable side - 3 slices of carrot and the rest cut up brocolli and cauliflower !

Received my order today - guess what - its a REJECT product - even has the replacement / fault document inside the box !!! How the hell can a company like onedayonly ship a reject / faulty order - wow really irritates me ! now i got to wait for them to fetch / wait for replacement - turnaround time like 4 weeks - NICE

B Female asks for help - because you know how useful the people are at Builders - so stupid me - i tried to help !! Next B male from back and B male front and good bye cell phone !!! Try to find someone to help you !!! Just try !! I will try my best to never ever go back and encourage everyone not to go back - at least at Chamberlains - you get someone to help / their stock has the correct price - you do not have to check everything !! PLEASE Please !!! DO not shop at Builders !!!
PLEASE do not buy from this shop - PLEASE - if your purchase breaks - you have got NO chance of getting it fixed / purchased a Samsung Watch - strap broke - told would not replace under warrantee - asked R350 to fix - told them go ahead - still no feedback / 2 weeks later / I handed this in for repair on 5 March - sure there was lock down - but really i will never buy at this shop ever again !!!
How can a car company hold your deposit on the hired car for - they say 7 to 21 days ??? You look after the car - return it and there are no issues - BUT they do not release the hold on your credit card !!! Do you get interest on the money ? this seems completely unfair !!! Best I try another rental company next time !
