Customer care line unanswered
I called customer care to for assistance with my personal loan but there was no answer. I was on hold for over 20 minutes. How are we supposed to get assistance when the customer care line is unanswered

Exceptional service!!!!
I booked my car, Merc A200 for repairs. Parts arrived earlier than expected and It was repaired way ahead of schedule. The receptionist is professional and so patient! Avesha is amazing! Always updating you on the progress of the car. Jody, the assessor was exceptional! He explained in detail the work to be done, he was very reassuring and patient. They cleaned the car and it looked like it is new. I received excellent service. Truly first class treatment. Thank you so much.
