The worst service ever, The current government is better with service delivery than this useless place.
With regards from customer service to cover has been amazing ad will recommend anyone to outsurance
There is no help from this company Sent many mails called about 15 times with no feedback
So to start I called the people well sent a WhatsApp cause their site has one and said someone will call me back. Well after maybe 1 hour so I get a call from a gentleman Trishan from NDCsa explaining the whole story salesmen being a salesman. Anyway I was told from ythe first payment my application will start with easy payments from R2000 a month for 4 months equaling R8000. Then after the first payment I wait 30 days and no one contacts me with anything (FYI I have had to make all the contact with these ****mers) I then called asking what is going on to be told by another lady tha only once all the money is in the process will Start there was my first red flag as I have now paid R4000 to NDCsa, Anyway I was assured that the process was started and again not communication from NDCsa, I found the email on the website Manager <manager@ndcsaafrica.co.za> and its the only email second red flag. I then mail this email asking whats happening and get told they will send me the affidavit the week well last week. People think everyone is dumb and know nothing yes I was caugfht out but I have family as lawyers. I sent the **** Affidavit to my lawyer who has confirm it is a ****. People I have now lost R6000 to these people and hopefully this open other peoples eye.
I have to move to a unit in the same complex and I have contacted vox to get the to transfer the line across, the complex has frogfoot as the infrastructure and VOX as the ISP. VOX has stated me that I must pay R1750 to cancel, R859 for the month of August as I need to move out the fist of August so must pay for a month I am not here, Then pay R859 for the new unit. I have worked for an ISP and we helped clients with issues like this. I would understand if I moved to a different complex or even another house but its the same complex that frogfoot and VOX maintain. its just a matter of them getting a tech out to change over the fibre fly lead in the patch panel and update the systems. But they do not want to the wat to charge me nearly R4000 to make this move. In writing this I truly know that VOX and Frogfoot do not care about customers but rather just *****ing them over to make money. I have asked nicely and even gave them the solution on how to go about resolving the issue. anyway. guess all service providers are the same.
