I missed the driver’s phone call by 5 minutes I phoned back and he cut me off. I got hold of customer service they promised my parcel would be delivered the next day and that’s the story I’ve been hearing for a whole week. I’m going with my order has been ****** and someone has taken it home.. hence it’s not been delivered… Please don’t use them have no idea how they are still in business
Ordered a 4 cheese Mac N Cheese through Uber Eats...it was grated cheese over spaghetti. Not sure what it was meant to be but it was not what was advertised on Uber Eats. With food prices the way they are... one would think that restaurants would be more discerning with their quality of food. This was not a Mac n cheese it was just pasta with some chesse....avoid avoid avoid ... go spend your money elsewhere Have complained to the restaurant via the Uber Eats App and have had no response from them...
I had some documents scanned and sent to me I said I’ll check them when I got home as the Internet connection is bad at Karaglen … no problem please phone us we are open till 7 pm …been phoning all morning even the toll free on the web sale… in this what customer service has come to not even to bother answering your phones… even the email on the Postnet site is wrong??
