I enjoy their burgers, but the service and arrogance of the owner and the staff makes it a deal breaker. On more many occasions they have messed up our orders. Always no apology or even any effort to make up for their mistakes. There was a spell of really poor quality fries, which the owner Shebeer and his brother, the co-owner, acknowledged to be a supplier issue, but continued to serve to their clients this poor quality fries. I made numerous complaints, and nothing was done to rectify the situation or deal with the complaints with some kind of empathy toward a regular paying client. Today, my kids went online to check the menu and found 18 Chicken Tenders advertised at R125. The store manager Lee Ann called the owner Shebeer to check if she could honour the advertised online price, which he refused to do. I suspect this contravenes the Consumer Protection Act. More of the same arrogance from the owner. Have plenty of screenshots to prove, but can't seem to find a way to upload pics on this review.
This is for I Store Online. My wife ordered an item about a month ago. Wrong item shipped to us. Then upon returning the item, we requested an exchange. This was somehow declined and no refund processed. We spent approximately 8 hours trying to get the I-Store online to either send the correct item or process the refund. The "I" in I-Store is definitely represents Incompetence with a capital "I" ....
Constantia branch. Unprofessional and unacceptable, double standards and hypocrisy. Their policy if you cancel on the last minute is to charge you for the treatment. Which is understandable. My wife and I, who are both doctors, took the day off at the cost of paying stand in doctors to cover our shift, to go to Deluxe Laser and Spa. When we arrived at the business for the appointment, they said they are not able to fulfill the appointment due to the the****** ( the branch manager too) not coming in to work. They did not contact us to inform us that they would not be able to assist nor did they try to reschedule or re-route us to one of their other branches for the treatment booked. Absolutely no effort made. If we had cancelled on the last minute we would have forfeited the cost of the treatment. However we have no recourse when they do the same.
Brilliant service, and pricing. Very flexible with exchange and return policy. 1000 x better than the other online perfume shop I revieved. I just spent over R12000 with them on Mancera, Montale and Paco Rabanne fragrances.
The worst perfume seller in SA when it comes to customer lattitude. They are uncompromising with their return and exchange terms, even if it's just a couple of days over their terms as per T&C on their website. Having been a loyal client to them, I think they are pathetic at customer service. Would never recommend anyone using them, one could rather go to franchise like Woolies / Foschini / Truworths / Rio Perfumes / Skinns, who all provide a better customer experience by miles. Never again. I have spent over 40K with them in the past. Now I will notspend a single cent more with them, pun intended.
