I am so disappointed by the treatment and poor service that I received from MiWay insurance.I am not getting any assistance from the claims department. My car was in an accident and I logged my claim on the 20th of February 2024. The insurance sent the towing truck that took the car. I then received a call that when the towing truck was dropping off my car they caused another accident and my car was further damaged. I was so unhappy about this but at the same time I understood that this was an accident. However I got upset when I was given an option to either log another claim and pay another axcess fee for an accident that I did not cause or confirm that the towing truck can take my car and fix it where they want to fix it. When my car was being towed, my understanding was that the car was now under MiWay's care, the towing company is providing the service according to MiWay rules and therefore my car should be fixed were it was towed with the company that works with my MiWay were it will be fixed according to MiWay's starndad. I was shocked now when I was asked to confirm that I allow the towing company to take my car to wherever they want to, to fix the car. I was so disappointed and unhappy about this because obviously the car will not be fixed according to the standard that Miway promised. The consultant that was assisting me then promised to come back to me after I raised my concerns early in March and up until today I have not received any feedback from her. I do not know how many times I have tried to call her and I have sent several emails with no response. Her name is Precious Mkhanda reporting into Donavan. I am not getting any assistance from them as they were handling my claim. My car now is fixed for the damages that the initial accident caused except for the damages that were caused by the towing truck and I really do not know what to do from here . I am not getting any response from the people responsible for my claim, no communication, nothing I am just clueless about what is happening to my car since February.

What a horrible experience with this dealership!!! It has been 2 weeks since I booked my car for it to be checked as it was giving me problems. Up until today the is absolutely nothing that has been done to my car and the worst part of it is that no one seems to care. I've been using my money calling them for an update and I'm getting different stories & different reports as if they are just giving me answers for the sake of answering and not necessarily telling the truth. I am so disappointed shym I must say and upset at the same time, because now I'm struggling to go to work because of people who doesn't want to do their job, I'm now going into a 3rd week without my car. I cannot understand a big brand like this that gives such a bad and pathetic customer service. These people just don't Care!!!
The service was excellent, Brian was very helpful and clear in his communication.
