The sales person contacted me and inform me that the Deposit will be paid back to me on Friday and requested that I have to remove my review from Hello Peter it is not good for there business. To date no money was paid back therefore my review stick and will not be removed. They make promises just to suit there business.
I paid R5000-00 to view a vehicle. The Vehicle was very low as what they have advertised for and therefore the deal where never finalized and therefore the deposit was to be paid back to me. This deal started on the 2nd of February 2024 and to date, I have not received my deposit back from this dealer.
Poor service and all they can do on reply is that you have to use there complaints portal which don't even respond back on your complaint. Keep an eye on there reply back
I have been with Standard bank as from 2010 and was severed as a loyal client as from I have joined Standard bank. In May 2020 I was retrenched and sins I have informed Standard Bank the only service I get is that they are quite arrogant that I must pay what I am owning them regardless that there is insurance cover for retrenchment. I have shared all my information with Standard Bank insurance claims but till up to date have not received any feedback from them. Yesterday I have been informed via SMS that my Diners club card was handed over to the attorney and this for missing one payment for this month. The reason for is that I have no money to pay due to that I have no work or received any offer yet for a new opportunity for work. I have also referred this matter to Standard Bank Complaint Resolution Centre which I also have not received any reply from them if a claim case was open and what the status is in regards my complaint. This I found very unsatisfied sins I have been in communication with them informing them about my status but do not get feedback back from them via email they only communicate on SMS informing me of outstanding balances. From Diner Club I have not even received any communication or notification that my account is going to be handed over if I do not make a payment. Presently I am very unsatisfied with the service I am receiving from Standard Bank.
