Recently bought a JVC 55" Qled smart TV, bought it on Friday, set-up on Saturday, returning it to store on Sunday. Upon purchase the sales person alluded to some software issues with the brand but mostly emphasising challenges with netflix and some streaming apps, I thought I'll take my chances since the TV was on special and I could probably work my way around the streaming issues if I ever encountered them. Well, the TV did not even get to experience the streaming on the device as I experienced ridiculously software issues while setting up the device (After tv prompted a software update, device was showing double image on the left and right hand side of the screen), making it essentially unwatchable. Tried to look up a fix but nothing that worked for me. Terrible experience with the brand and would not recommend on any day to anyone.

I've got several contracts with MTN and I've been attempting to cancel 1 of the contracts for the past year. The contract which I am attempting to cancel had expired on 17 Jan 2020, prior to the contract expiring I had called MTN to blacklist the SIM & device as the contract device had been lost while still under contract. After the contract expiration MTN billed me R94.78 pm to date. I've sent several emails to MTN Customer Care (customercare@mtn.co.za) as well as MTN retentions (retentions@mtn.co.za) in attempt to cancel this contract without any response. I've called MTN several times and have been transferred to retentions however retentions NEVER answers the transferred call. After months and months of attempting to cancel this contract unsuccessfully, and after 18 months of being billed R94.78 pm for an expired contract I am forced to leave this sort of review. MTN PLEASE CANCEL MY EXPIRED CONTRACT FOR CELL NO. 073 556 5844 AND STOP BILLING ME FOR IT. CONTACT MYSELF: ITUMELENG - 073 556 4317
