I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Gallery Accommodation Establishment in Queenstown. Upon arrival, we were ushered into a room with filthy and stained bedding, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the establishment. The true extent of the problem became apparent the following morning when we brought the issue to the attention of the supervisor. Instead of offering an apology or showing any concern, the supervisor casually mentioned that the stains seemed to be permanent as they had been attempting to remove them. This lack of accountability and disregard for the guest's experience was deeply disheartening. When I inquired as to why there was no apology for the filthy conditions, the supervisor's attitude quickly turned cheeky and unprofessional. To my surprise, she escalated her own version to the owner, who happened to be her father-in-law. The owner confronted my partner in an aggressive manner, immediately shifting blame onto me and accusing me of causing the stains with my makeup. This confrontation was completely uncalled for and only added insult to injury. It was clear that the owner had no intention of taking responsibility for the poor state of the room or offering any form of resolution. Instead, he resorted to threats, stating that I was no longer welcome and that he would throw our belongings outside if we didn't vacate immediately, promising to refund us, which to this moment hasn't been refunded . In light of this unacceptable treatment, we peacefully left the establishment. The entire experience left us feeling appalled and deeply disappointed. I cannot fathom how a supposedly reputable establishment could exhibit such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. Furthermore, we are left questioning whether there may have been underlying racial bias involved in this ordeal. As a person of color, it is disheartening to think that my legitimate concerns were dismissed and met with hostility simply because of my race. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the ethics and values of the Gallery Accommodation Establishment. In conclusion, our experience at the Gallery Accommodation Establishment in Queenstown was nothing short of a nightmare. The filthy and stained bedding, coupled with the dismissive and confrontational response from both the supervisor and the owner, left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. **** I strongly advise against staying at this establishment***, as the lack of professionalism, accountability, and potentially discriminatory behavior is unacceptable.
Build it Mthatha Elliott Street performs fraud, and thievery, they sold me 0,5 IBR zinc and deliver 0,3 which is poor quality and far cheaper than what I paid. Upon realizing that my assessor picked that up, they have not paid back my refund for all their shoddy and poor quality Items that I tendered back to them as I can no longer do business with thieves that can not conduct themselves ethically. Their useless manager couldn't even call and apologize, even now he is doing nothing about my unpaid reimbur*****t that is due to me. He is keeping both my money and stock in his shop, probably continuing with the fraud they are practicing
My contracted agreement period lapsed, they continued deducting even though I had made attempts to cancel the contract in various branches.they said its done by Head office, I must wait until my turn comes...the money will be reimbursed once they eventually cancel in Head office . The deduction continued, I then changed my banking details, they listed me as a defaulted. They are deliberately making cancellations impossible so that they may undully deducted money outside the contractual agreemnet, without consent.
Please rescue from Mtn dodgy dealings of unauthorized contract extension - scam ‼️ Isigned a two year contract with MTN,which was due to end by the end of May 2021. In 2021,as a courtesy, (for my contractual obligation was 02 years with a clear start and end end date), I went to visit MTN store in BT Ngebs in Mthatha, to cancel my contract as I no longer even had the number (It was long lost). The person attending me said , that they do not deal with cancellations, however he will send an email to request the cancellation to Head office,and further advised me to call and do the cancellation . The fact that the cancellation was a process came as a shock to me, for I knew that the start and end date of the contract were clearly stipulated. However I made attempts to call MTN to no avail, their automated telephone lines make it impossible to reach them fro cancellation, I bet you can try . I think they thrive on this system as they never stop deducting from peoples accounts . After failing to make the call, I went back to the MTN store again, only to be told that they couldn't help me and the guy who helped me was no longer working there. They said I must make the call and be patient as there are many cancellations that havent gone through...I then resorted to stoping the debit from ny bank 7 months later after they had undully deducted my money as I was no longer in a contractual agreemnet with them. After stpooing the debit, I learnhed later that they reffered the account to lawyers for missed payments and messed up my credit record with a default status. I then drove from Mthatha to Durban ( MTHN office in Mhlanga), in a quest to get my contract cancelled, still I was told that the accounts department was closed and the system is down, after insisting that I wont leave having not been served ,the Indian lady logged my query in the system. I waited for a call from them, nothing has happened, I tried to call for cancellation, still no luck . I am seeking vindication from them and clearing of my credit record from MTN who has put in place systems that make it difficult for people to conclude contracts from them,so that they may continue to benefit unduly, outside the agreed period. I plead for justice ‼️‼️‼️‼️💥‼️💥💥💥💥 You have the audacity to tell me that I have an outstanding balance whereas infact you have billed me beyond our contractual agreemnet? Let's see what ICASA has to say about it ... For your information, I've made countless attempts to get the contract cancelled but because of your selfish motives, you have ensured that you make it difficult for us to access you , for your continued undue beneficiation. Here are multiple references to show how many times I tried to reach out to them, the only diligence they have is of debiting bank accounts and raiding payments, when their collection agents call and you tell them that you've been trying to get the contract cancelled, they simply say co tact Customer Care line, of which they know that it's dysfunctional. I am not listed as a bad payer for a contract that ended, for a continuation I never authorized. I have been to offices in Mhlanga, Westville, having driven all the way from Mthatha Easter Cape, all has been in vein
Dent Doctor Mthatha, unprofessional cheating liars The assessment on the vehicle was done by an administrator not a mechanic, who didn't realize that my front wheel had a blister from the accident. The manager then suggested that, because the wheel wasn't covered in the quotation, he offered to take the front blistered tyer to the back . Upon doing that exercise, it has become evident that they didn't properly tighten the *****s on my rear tyer . Last Sunday , I was stopped by bypassers on the road ,only to find that my wheel was on the verge of falling off as there was only one nut left of the 5 that should have been fitted. When I reported the matter to the manager he is shifting blame , purporting that I have been surbottaged , implying that someone must have mischievously un*****ed the nuts ... Here is my overall experience with Dent Doctor on the work they were appointed for : 1. Upon collecting my car that was said to have been finished, I noticed a very irritating noise from the rear part of the car, I took the car back as the noise was unfamiliar, and was not there when the car was taken for repairs. The manager said that it is suspension related, I must take it to Superquick for diagnosis. The following day , the engine cover fell off from the car , the registration plate was also falling off. I took it back again ,the person who was fixing it said to me a certain part of the radiator was not fitted properly and as a result the protrusion pushed the engine cover out, but he assured me that it's fixed . When they reverted my registration plate it was upside down. I have attached pictures a proof . Surprisingly the next day the engine cover fell off again .....which then clearly showed me that the problem was more than what meets the eye . All the said days prevented me from going to work as I had to go there every single day for the said problems . Regards
