I have never seen so much non interest in patients even worse on children. The assigned Dr Moeketsi just told the nurses to admit my child because he/she is busy. He was admitted for over 18 hours and not even once did they come to see the child. Really disappointing. When attempting to find out what time they coming, they were still giving vague responses. I wouldn't recommend this hospital to your worst enemy. The only thing they are concerned about is money while they don't want to provide service.
Thank you Heinrich de Villiers for an outstanding car selling process. You played open cards and I was pleased with your service.
Thank you to the team at Gys Pitzer for always being available to answer all the question I had before and after buying from them. Thank you to the team
Telkom has closed my 076 640 5034 number that I have used my whole life and now they are taking me back and forth instead of helping me reconnect. On Wednesday the 14th July 2021. Telkom closed my prepaid number and after realising this when a client told me my number isn't working, I went to Telkom store in Mall of the North in Polokwane for assistance. When I got there, I was told that my number was closed because I haven't recharged in 90 days and that means the sim card isn't in use. I told the gentleman that the sim card has been in use and my last call was on Tuesday and I didn't know of such a rule. He told me they don't regard receiving calls as usage, there's nothing he can do because his system is blocking to assist me further. He advised that since the number was ported to them originally from Vodacom, I must go to vodacom maybe they will be able to assist me. I went to the vodacom store and they showed me on their system that since I ported to Telkom in 2013, they do not have access to it I should call Telkom helpdesk. When I call telkom help desk, they tell me to go to the store and the store should be able to help me. When I get to the store, they tell me I must go to Vodacom. I have been doing this back and forth since Thursday. I spent my whole day on Friday at Telkom Mall of the North and they even closed me outside refusing to help me. This including making calls to Telkom customer care in between. I went again on Saturday and a lady called Lerato Lebopo gave me a new simcard and said she will activate my number on that new simcard since she can see on their system that the number is registered to me, it should be working on Monday. I inboxed Telkom on twitter for help on Saturday after not getting help from the mall. On Monday they responded asking for my ID number and I replied with it. On Tuesday I sent a message following up and they didn't respond the whole day until they responded today(Wednesday, 21 July 2021) saying I must go to the store. I told them I was at the store and the store said they won't be able to help me I must come back when Lerato is at work even though Lerato gave me an incident number. I have been pleading with everyone I spoke to at Telkom about the inconvenience this is causing to me as I am using this number for my business communication. I have this number on my vehicle branding, my website, my facebook and most painfully, I have paid a lot of money for a 12 meter Billboard in Polokwane with this number. I am currently losing out on business because people can't reach me on the phone and now Telkom doesn't want to help me connect while they can see on the system the number is registered to me. I believe I am unfairly treated by Telkom because at least they should have sent an SMS alerting me that they intend on closing the number if I don't recharge. Please help me get my number back.
