They do not respond to emails. I have ordered from them 2 weeks back and there is no communication from them
I paid up my account with ok furniture they had defaulted me. Now they are taking too long to update it. They need to update it with the credit bureau.
I have a problem with vodacom. I paid up my account with them in 2020. They only sent me paid up letter in September indicating that they will let the bureau know about this issue and update the information on the credit report. They have failed to do that. Im stuck as I cannot take any credit application because of vodacom. I regret ever taking a contract with them
I paid up my contract last year. This year they have started debting from my account. I then stopped the debit order and informed vodacom that my account was paid up. They closed it. After that they disconnected my phone. Im worried that this might affect my credit score. And its not my fault.
