I am currently frustrated with Damelin they deducting money in my account every month and they not refunding me instead they blocked my number after the email was expected to submit for a refund. I even drove to their offices in Braamfontein but Ester their receptionist made me to sit more than hour with no help.
It been 29 days to be exact since my car was involved in an accident. It took PMD more than a week to move my car. Up to now mu car has not been touched. I'm the one whose following up. Today alone I called the 3 times where my last call I waited for almost 9minutes without positive answer. I I joined this insurance 2 year's ago their service is not good at all.
6 months down the line I haven't received my order 😕 sent emails no response they never answer their phone nor email. But we see their sneakers being advertised everywhere they only attend to celebrities. They are the worst SA business I wouldn't recommend them.
I have booked tickets from Travelstart since last year, and due to lockdown we couldn't travel and we were told we can use the tickets anytime until April 2022 with no additional charges. However when we try to give them new dates for travelling we are charged twice as much as we paid. So we have decided to cancel our booking and now we cannot go through travelstart I 've sent them numerous emails try to phone them with no luck their whatsup line isn't working its always full its been 2 months since I've been trying to get through. This is so frustrating. I would never ever use travelstart.
