Thigh master not received from GYM PRIDE. Shocking service.
I ordered a thigh master from GYM PRIDE on the 14 th August 2021... I was promised a tracking number and have not received it.. I sent several emails to GYM PRIDE and have received no responses from them. There is no contact number.. The package was suppose to arrive within 21 days. I am dissapointed in GYM PRIDE for their lack of communication.

Compliments to Clicks Metlife Plaza
Good day. Clicks in Metlife Plaza is always neat, with clean floors and efficient and friendly staff. Their shelves are fully stocked and cashiers are helpful.. However the entrance and the pharmacy area is always congested.. The customers should be encouraged to take a seat when waiting for their turn at pharmacy.. They often stand in the Isles waiting to be called. The entrance has to be managed by staff. We understand it is people waiting to get vaccined but blocking the entrance is not good for their business.

Compliments to Plastic Depot Metlife Plaza
On 3 occasions that I have visited the Plastic Depot in Metlife Plaza in port Elizabeth.. On each occasion the store was spotlessly clean and tidy, staff were available and very helpful. Cashiers were friendly.. This store has a variety of useful items and well stocked.. I did not see any managers to compliment them. I wish this store much success.. Keep up the good work.

Vodacom does not keep Promises.
Based on my previous complaint about Vodacom I received a call from Dean who assured me that my credits will appear on my August statement. . The statement arrived today with no credits. ?. So tired of Vodacoms incompetence..

Vodacom does not do cancellations. ... Worse service ever
I have two products that I have cancelled with Vodacom and instead of cancelling they reinstated the products and are still deducting the money from my account.. I have made several calls and have reference numbers. Their service staff in incompetent as all I've received is empty promises.. I have had to deal with different agents each time I called and have shared my frustration with each one. There supervisors need training as they are clueless. Pathetic service and I have been their client for too many years. If anyone is considering doing business with them, I suggest you rethink that decision. .
