Customer Service Non-Existence
We have used this company numerous times and every time we are disappointed about something. Recently they were called to remove bird nests and close possible entry points on the roof. They damaged cables that supply electricity to the entire sitting area. When I called them to explain the matter was not shown and regard, or given any time frame as to what is a way they can fix the problem. I would never recommend this company going forward I will be using a different pest company.

Underwhelming Ribs
Absolutely the worse ribs I have had. I am deeply shocked at the poor food quality of turn and tender of uMhlanga the ribs tasted likes the sauce was added after they were cooked and boiled in water.

Breathtaking Views
Beautiful views and wonderful service. This is one of the most breathtaking views you can have of the Durban beach. The place is super clean. The hosts always eager to go an extra mile to keep the guests happy. If ever you want to see the best of Umhlanga/Durban I highly recommend them.

Room To Improve
Improvement is needed on staff working at the King Shaka branch. I have picked up since I use that branch that professionalism lacks. I booked a car and when I got there was told it wasn’t available, and I was given a far less desirable vehicle than the one I booked. Clients need to be informed before they arrive if there is any change to their specific car preference.

Different people at the airport offer different service. Some are well trained some are not professional.
