I waited for my order more than two hours without informing me and they keep on laughing making fun of me
Complain: i would like to log a complain against my service provider Telkom , i have been in contract with them for the past 4 years and now i have network problem with my router that is always offline every minute does not have a permanent network, it started from 25 February until now it frustrate me because sometimes i work at home and it does not function properly. i have logged serveral incident to their customer care line but there was no improvements from 25 February until now still waiting for the technicians they did not respond, tuesday one of their consultant call and tell me to do speed test and send email of my speed test to her i did send her and the speed test was very low and after sending the was no response from anyone, but month end of March i paid the money of the data i didn't use this is so unfair. kindly assist me to solve this matter as it is becoming a severe issue that is persisting.
