If I could give this company no stars at all, I would've. We've made the biggest mistake of our lives to join Netstar. We've joined at the start of 2022 and we are in November and still struggling to get service out of them. First off, they did not reply on our documentation sent to sign up with them. I should've stopped there. Then they got our account mixed up somehow and they've double charged us by loading a debit order although I've marked on the documents, we are paying cash, then our tracker app did not work and now in November, we still do not have roaming although roaming is the main reason, we've chosen a tracker in the 1ste place, today would be the 3rd time I've sent through the forms to get it activated. Our have been going cross border with us being blind coz then it's on and then it's off....??? Netstar is FULL of empty promises. I am so fed-up with them I'm beyond angry and believe you me, I've tried everything with these people. I've begged, pleaded, asked nicely which ended up in me screaming, shouting and swearing and still we are having the same problem. All I can do now, is just warn the next person. DO NOT USE NETSTAR. Their adds are full of promises and boasting about service and reaction but they are actually an incompetent pathetic company that cannot uphold something as simple as customer service, not to mention finding your vehicle when it was stolen.
O my genade... Hierdie ratings op Hallopeter is verruklik.... Ek is baie verbaas dat ek al hierdie slegte kommentaar oor Puredier sien. My man boer met Dorpers en hy het uit n grap uit vir hulle n kiekie gestuur van n dorper om dit op hulle T-hemde te sit. Hulle het kortliks daarna fluks gereageer met n dorper hempie voorbeeld en my man was baie verras. Ons het elke kleur beskikbaar in sy grote bestel en hulle het 1 hempie in my grote vir ons gratis gegee. Hulle het wel n rukkie geneem om die hemde te print maar dis omrede hulle die nuwe Dorper "print" moes maak. Wat heeltemal te verstane is. Hulle reageer flink per Whatsapp boodskappe en hou jou op hoogte. Ons het ons pakkie toe ontvang waar elke hemp mooi netjies op gerol is in bruin papier geseël met n sticker me6t die dorper op, en so ook op gerol sodat die dorper naam verskyn as jy die pakkie oop skeer. Dis mos nou ekstra moeite daai. Wraggies ek is aangenaam verras met hulle diens. En toe ek hierdie 1 ster ratings op Hellopeter sien MOES ek net die saak kom reg stel. Mense ek koop al jare aanlyn, ek het n swart belt in aanlyn aankope. Ons het self ons eie maatskappy en verstaan wat dit neem on die ekstra myl te stap vir n kliënt. Die mense doen waarlik, net dit. Ek voel regtig jammer vir die vorige mense wat hierdie ratings getik het en dit mag dalk waar wees, n wors het twee kante ja. Maar my ervaring met hulle was baie positief en ek kan oor niks kla nie, net komplimenteer.
I totally love Yaga and the fact that its so easy and safe. All types of clothing at my fingertips and the best of it all is I can still access clothing that you cannot buy in South Africa. (I have a unique style LOL) They may be second hand but they are mostly, if not all clothing that has only been worn once. I've barely seen something that have been really worn out and done for. You can also sell our own clothing on Yaga and give them a second chance, which is great, didn't sell my own yet, but when I do, the money goes into your Yaga wallet for you to shop again or do an eft. So super easy 5 Stars to Yaga for sure, Thank you Yaga, love you.
