Absolutely poor service after false advertising on they app I've requested a manager call back they email me back asking for a time and yet no phone call....they service is very disappointing but clearly they don't even update on hello Peter maybe I should take this matter to the many social media services we have let's see what people say there about this service
@spoil_yourself_hair_and_beauty Thank you for the treatment I received today After been told to come to your store for a refund....and be told I will not be refunded...you'll called the cops...to remove me frm the property...to get there and back home was cost to me of R100...money that I work hard for not for you'll to make me waste on you'll was the R345 not enough? Nails that lasted 5 days costed me R345...absolutely DISGUSTING service ! And the best part about all this was I asked the lady doing my nails Faith how long my nails will last me and was advised 3 weeks...ladies I'm sure you all know how long a set of nails are supposed to last...if I am being unreasonable please let me know.....but frm my POV Spoil Yourself Hair And Beauty I'm not the 1st customer they have treated this way on Hello Peter no reply back on FB no reply back....on iG no reply back....customers are being ripped off and no one is doing anything about it.Im sorry I will not sit back and get taken advantage of I work hard and I don't expect incompetence and lack of service treat me like ****.
I have been trying to cancel my account with you'll frm the beginning of the month finally spoke to an agent that advised she was the manager only to find out the manager was on leave. Was promised compensation for July 24 hrs frm the23 ntn happened....I sent a fellow up email to Nthabiseng Mochampi that promised me via email that her manager wu is back from leve already processed my refund and I should expect payment today but still ntn... I also requested proof of payment which was not provided..on top of that my debit order still ran for this month wonder how long it will take for them to pay me back my money....I request Nthabisengs manager to call me I hope she does. The service this company provides is absolutely dissatisfying and to think we trust time with out valuables it's quite questionable are they really after your money or are they actually providing a honest service to people. I will like feedback Or this matter will be taken even father.
