When you go to a Pick n Pay store (Park Meadows) for 4 items and 2 of the items are wrongly priced when scanned, you would expect some sort of apology from the store manager. What should have been a quick in and out from the store took more than 15 minutes to resolve as staff had to go back to the shelves to check the price listed, as opposed to the price rung up when scanned., Store manager's attitude was an example of how not to win over clients. He was very reluctant to apologize and would not concede that his pricing system needed an overhaul. Stay away from the store, You can get better service across the road at Eastgate.
It is impossible to contact the Capitec Bank CEO's office to lodge a formal complaint. If you call the numbers listed on the website, you are referred immediately to the Client Care Centre, whom I have dealing with for almost 2 weeks to get simple answers to simple questions that could not be answered when I visited a physical branch. If the call centre and branch staff can't assist, then surely the CEO's office can be contacted for assistance. Why is Capitec protecting the CEO from receiving complaints?
Had reason to visit your branch at Meadowdale Mall in Johannesburg to request information on the cost of a credit card from the bank. What should have been a simple request with a simple answer led to the visit to the branch exceeding 45 minutes, after which time we left the branch as they could not answer the questions without actually opening an account. Totally misleading and attitude of staff not conducive to wanting to land a new client. Stay away from Capitec, dont waste your time dealing with them.
Exceptionally poor service and rude staff at Linksfield Clinic this morning. Took fees to pay for the tests but they were not able to do the tests and would not refund patient to her credit card.
Impossible to get hold of someone to assist when our account has been paid, proof of payment submitted and then the account is blocked due to administrative issues in SAGE. Been battling for 4 days now to get hold of someone to rectify the matter.
