Dissapointed unhappy customer
Poor Service rendered. Still no refund. Sumsung South africa repairs referred them to us after we bought a fridge freezer from them. Phoned them they said they will escalate to no avail

Umklomelo Electronics and IT Solutions Pty Ltd
Soooo dissapointed with the product and fridge freezer my mom bought to top it all the service I received from the subcontractor which is being referred by sumsung called umklomelo. Mind a pensioner paid full amount without the service to date still waiting money paid but no service rendered. Been 3 weeks no communication nothing we are still without freezer in this summer

Refund and Contract cancellation
I am sooo unhappy with vodacom. I have been trying to cancel my 24months after 4 months later my contract is still not cancel. I have phoned a month before a contact expire every month I have been doing a follow no luck still, all I could hear is that my complaint is been escalated. And they continued transferring airtime into my account and debating until 1st June21 when I phoned them to remove the airtime. And was promised that they will credit me for the month that they incorrectly debited...Come end of June my account was debited even though they have said they will given me a credit. Which then I did a reversal. Come 26 July21 my account was debit again and charged me with extra R100 penalty + R125.00 June debit and also handed my account into legal department...what a shock after a lengthy years and honoring my debit agreement not even a single day have I skip my payment.. to my knowledge one is/are handed to legal department is you have skipped upto 3 months after failing to honor your agreement. Myself I didn't fail to honor my agreement but i canceled the contract that has reached its 24months term. Why does it take so long to cancel meanwhile to take 24hrs to signup for a contact????after this bad experience I will never takeup another contract with vodacom and I intend closing all other contracts all other contracts and never again... Can somebody at least assist me to cancel this contact a.s.a.p.
