I complained to Standard Bank about the bad service I received from them and they promised that my issue will be resolved in 3-5 days but still today nothing has happened, I regret trusting them and opening an account with them.next time I am taking my business somewhere and I am moving my salary from them to another bank.
I have been quiring wrong credit bereua update with Standard bank VAF until this day they haven't done anything about it,they sent me a mail confirming that they will get back to me with a feedback yesterday but nothing from them. I sent countless emails and made few calls but I was ignored,.I feel that Standard Bank doesn't treat their customers with respect as they dont care. Next time I am taking my business somewhere
Al**** builders hammanskraal is giving me us a run around about fixing the bakkie windows which got broken when loading from them on Saturday last week,they promised they will claim from their insurance to replace the windows until now nothing happened,their manager said they waiting for insurance the respond to them and when I called their insurance they said they only requested the form yesterday until now they are still wautto receive a completed form back from them,this guys are ****mers
I still say this company is a ****,they sent me a confirmation of cancelation of my contract with immediate effect but they still debit my account, when you sent them emails they ignore them only when you post a review here,their consultant by the name of Caroline is also trained to ignoring customers,when you call she's not available and you leave countless messages she never calls back,I think the only way is to go the legal route to resolve matters with Matrix
This company doesn't take its customers serious,they s.ell lies to you and when it comes to time for first payment you get charged more and that you never agreed to and when you contact them to fix that they do it all they say is we are still investigating until you decide to reverse their debit order and they will add interest so they can milk you money,again they blacklist you and when you write a bad review they come running and contacting you and again they promise you lies that they are still investigating and when you contact them for feedback they ignore your communication until you come write another review that's when the lady called Caroline will contact you and apologize for late response cause they are trying to act holly,again they say you never sent themsuch information to them when you provide proof that they acknowledge the receipt of it they change their story to saying that email was not meant for me but for another customer,they are trying to cover their tracks.Since they promised me that they are investigating 3 weeks back and no one has ever came back with the feedback of their investigations, all they do is sending me invoices with increased amount every month. I ma tired about this this company I am now taking the legal route
This guys are ****mers of the note,they even trained their consultants how to **** us,they promise you to investigate and come back to you but that will never happen and when you call them back to ask how far is the investigation they claim to be not available.Matrix stop ****ming us our money,you won't get a cent from me and I am going to take this up the legal route as you are not doing anything about my complaint
This company is a ****,I got their device in 2021 the beginning of Nov,the person who sold me the unit promised me that I am not going to pay prorate as it was the beginning of the moth unfortunately when I received the first invoice the prorata was charged and I queried that the same time but nothing was done until I decided not to pay them anymore then they listed me on credit bureau and again they renewed the contract now without my consent they now debiting my account increased installment without me giving them the permission
I ordered an oxygen from Cassims auto spares and got assisted by the guy called Waseem, he sent me the first invoice with an ABSA account but I didn't do a payment for a week cause I was not available, yesterday he sent me another invoice with a nedbnk account unfortunately I used the ABSA account on the first invoice to make payment, they then called me saying I paid in the wrong account that I must do another payment then I said to them I can't,I went somewhere to buy the part and asked for a refund from them they are now refusing to give me my money back,they sy I am not going to get it I must jut forget it. They guys are ****ming people their money with the tricks of the bank account is wrong but the account is on their invoice with their company name on it,
I have complained 3 months back about the quality of the sneakers I bought from their Wonderpark branch,they have said to me they will come back to me once they investigated the issue,until today no one has come back to me,I think they just dragging this issue so that thy can tell me that 6 months has passed, no more buying from this shop ever, they disgust me with the service they are giving me while spent so much to them
I purchased Uzzi sneakers at Truworths Wonder park in Pretoria, in March 2024 within a period of 4 months are already worn out, I contacted truworths head office in cape Town they advised me to take them back to the store so they can send them back for quality assurance, I waited 2 and half weeks to get a response from the store and only after I contacted them countless times without being successful, today they only telling me that my complain was declined as they did find anything wrong with their textile but the sneaker damaged on the same position both of them by developing holes in the front, they say it's my feet that did the damage and when I requested evidence to support their statement the store said they don't where the evidence is the person who is responsible for it is on leave, I feel that truworths failed me dismally as their client
