Koppies, Ngwathe, Transformer burnt on Friday 26 May 2023 - been phoning, begging them to come and fix it or replace it- nothing! No replay, no communication, nothing. Today is the 5th day without power. Please can someone help ... We are really struggling ..
2nd review on this company ... After no luck restoring my internet from the 15th of Aug 2022,we decided to cancel our contract. All documentation filled in, signed and received ... And the brilliant Jenny deduct another months subscription.... After the final date was signed and concluded for 31 Aug 2022 .... No they owe me money from 15 Aug - 30 Sep 2022 ... Really after I phoned them,send emails - nothing .... They just continue on their merry path... I am so furstrated - I am at a loss for words! I will no, at additional cost, get my attorney involved! Jenny Internet - what a shocking company ...
Worst wifi company I have dealt with. Been with them for less then a year, still struggling with wifi connection. No service delivery! They, without my approval update my contact to a higher speed - still I can't get any wifi ... Lodging a call a nightmare - there solution to assist with the wifi - just let install a new system and you pay again!
Dear reader, almost 2 months have passed since I ordered a product online from Makro - neither the product nor my money which I paid, has come home! I have phoned hundreds of times, got reference numbers even more with promises to follow up, email confirming it will be dealt with and escalated so many times! I have done a review 2 weeks ago whereby Mpho Moruthane promised to look into this - nothing! Makro's rules (as published on there website) is for show as they don't even adhere to their own policies! Clear unfair labour practice! Can't supply me with a copy of delivery note which we signed for!!!!!!! MAK3091086 was closed without product deliver! Please help me as I am lodging an complaint at the Consumer Service Ombud tomorrow morning!
I ordered a product, 6 packs for R4009, only received 1. Then they send 5 more but wrong product. We send it back but the courier service they send don't issue a waybill. After almost 5 weeks of emails, text, phone calls, nothing! I have been told that I am going to lose my product / my money!!! I need to contact them the whole time - no communication! No efforts to assist!!!
