West End Pools poor service
Received very poor service from west end pools. They offer a warranty but this has no value as they don't assist with issues even within a week of doing the job. Only worried about making a quick buck. Rushed the job then they not intrested in returning calls or sending final invoicing when requested. Very disappointed.-(

Nissan Edenvale poor service
Very poor service. I booked my vehicle in on Tuesday morning the 27th of September 2022. No calls to keep me updated unless i made the effort. I decided to pop in personally on Thursday morning to find out whats going on only to be told that my vehicle was driven home by one of the staff overnight to test the vehicle which i was not aware of until after the fact. Was told that my injecters are noisy and they have to sort it out but that i shouldn't worry about it because my maintenance plan will cover it. I said that must not touch the injecters. Was later told that that the injectors were fine and that i shouldnt worry. Picked up my vehicle on Thursday afternoon. The milage on the service slip is reflecting almost double the vehicles actual mileage. I called immediately to have it rectified. I was assured that an email would be sent immediately reflecting the correct details. I am sure i will eventually receive the mail but not happy with the poor service.

Dstv Team Masters / Team Master Holdings not recommended
I Received a quote from Team Master Holdings ( PTY ) LTD / Once the deposit was paid and the work got started the pricing kept changing and getting higher as according to them they did not quote correctly from the beginning. I agreed to the higher amount to stay on good terms and get the job done. Work was not done as initially agreed. Once they received the full amount they have not honoured their guarantee on hardware or workmanship. There have been hardware and connection issues from the first week and after promising several times to come and assist they have not followed through.We have offered to pay for additional call out fee as apparently they do not have money for petrol to come out. I have needed to get other companies out to assit. Everything is great in the beginning and everyone is friendly and amazing but Team Masters Holdings does not follow through on honoring their commitments.

GREAT SERVICE FROM WEST END POOLS
Had the pleasure of re-fiberglassing our pool with West End Pools. Their work was neat, efficient and professional. Will gladly recommend them.-)
