Great service received
Walter was excellent to deal with and he had my pool pump replaced with no hassle. I appreciate that the company went the extra mile for me in getting to my premises after hours and delivering on what was promised.

Just a shout out to west end pools. They came to attend to my leaking pool pump in a very speedy manner. Very professional service at a very reasonable price and a very good follow up. Thank you to west end pools will most certainly use you again.

West End Pools poor service
Received very poor service from west end pools. They offer a warranty but this has no value as they don't assist with issues even within a week of doing the job. Only worried about making a quick buck. Rushed the job then they not intrested in returning calls or sending final invoicing when requested. Very disappointed.-(

West End Pools poor service

Pool refurbishment
They did a wonderful job fibre glassing my pool. Everything was professionally done & my pool is sparkling clean again. Turn around time was also amazing. My kidz are so happy, all thanks to west end pools, won’t hesitate to recommend them.
