Absolute pleasure dealing with Arnold and the team at Swift Pool Repairs. They assisted me with renovating our swamp like pool with a professional and timely manner. It relieves me when a daunting task gets done so effortlessly. The kids are so pleased that they could swim in a pristine fiberglass pool right in time for the holidays. I would recommend anyone needing to renovate their swimming pool to call these guys.
What a horrid experience received from Discovery medical aid. I must say I am absolutely gobsmacked. I had a keycar package with them as I am a freelancer and do not earn a lot, I received a letter stating my monthly repayment will increase from R3k per month to over 6k. I notified them that this is unaffordable for me and I would need to cancel. I received my cancellation reference letter and left it at that. This morning I phone them to ask why they were trying to deduct A WHOLE R12K from my account. Would this call centre agent not tell me that it's not his problem and I should get my finances in order!!! How insulting of them, nevermind he refused to give me his name when I asked him. Forget Discovery, if this is how you treat clients I am glad I left...
Great medical aid and now banking wwith them too. Very convenient.
Walter and Shaun were very helpful when I contacted them to sort out a pool issue we had. I appreciated the quick ressponse and friendly manner they assisted me with.
Walter was excellent to deal with and he had my pool pump replaced with no hassle. I appreciate that the company went the extra mile for me in getting to my premises after hours and delivering on what was promised.
So dissapointed with the lack of clarity and communication from Discovery. I am pregnant and I have been seeing my gynaecologist as scheduled. The gynae has booked me for blood tests as the 13 week scan needs to be accompanied by tests to confirm the baby's health and whether it is tracking along nicely. Went there on the scheduled 27th and was directed to Lancet Laboratory at Garden City. Now they do not want to run my blood tests as Discovery does not want to pay for my blood tests and I appatently should have got prior authentication. This is ridiculous, as it is a required step during my pregnancy. Done by a gynecologist on their network and I feel the gynae and Discovery should be communicating. It is not my job to keep them informed every step. I have a medical aid I pay for and I expect a certain level of service especially as it pertains to my medical benefits. Do better or else I would be forced to shop around after delivering.
