Not sure why my previous review was removed. Long story short, they took my money for a full year before only telling me they will help once the prescription amount was paid in full. Had no one assigned to my account and was simply taking my money each month and providing no service at all. Total ****
Logged a ticket as Internet is down. Simply got told to switch it off and on again. Still was not working so I followed up. Tried via WhatsApp too and no one at call centre answers calls. Ticket no. 910731. Internet service not working.
I have tried with no luck to have my account situation rectified with FNB with no success. On my credit profile I have 2 lingering accounts and it has been prescribed. I simply need FNB to assist with regards to the prescription letter so I can have my score updated by the credit beaureus. Under my profile I seem to have the following: Revolving Loan Credit card I have tried on numerous occasions to have it resolved and my emails are left unanswered. I would appreciate if someone senior can talk to me about having it resolved.
Don't answer their phones. Call centre virtually useless. No one wants to assist and keeps dropping my calls on numerous occasions. Was phoning with regard to my FNB dispute.
I have tried calling them on 5 different occasions, different times of the day and each time my call is in the queue for over 20 minutes. They recommend you email them or use the app, which I have done but then nothing. I need to talk to a human who understands my needs. I have submitted my query of prescription via their app as well as emailing servicedesk but had no joy. I honestly believe the call centre does not really function at all.
Just thought I would share what happened to me today. So I have a Vumatel line through VOX. Today they cancelled my line because Vumatel requested a line release at my address. After Vox reached out to me asking whether I indeed requested cancelation to which I responded NO I did not make the request my line was still terminated. I phone Vox and am told now I have to submit proof of residence and multiple photos of the setup. Mind you I actually am in credit with VOX for a month's subscription too which makes it silly to expect of me to cancel. Regardless, I am stuck at home unable to work because of the utter incompetence of Vumatel and Vox. Of course with the market being the way it is, cancelling would not make a difference. Just thought they were being very cheeky and negligent.
I don't know how they run a successful business but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them via telephone. I purchased a voucher through FOMO and after a struggle and miscommunication I requested a date in December. I am yet to hear what is happening and no one takes my calls. Feels like a waste of money and ****my. Please have someone reach out to me ASAP.
I have logged numerous tickets and called to complain about my speeds yet nothing gets done. I even tried increasing my quality of service from them at an additional charge... All for nothing. For the past month from 7pm until 10pm I cannot stream any shows. I have a 100mb line and my line drops to about 5mbps. It is ridiculous. Why pay close to R1000 a month for such poor quality. I expect it to be rectified soon or by end November I am cancelling and seeking services elsewhere.

Hold for over 20 minutes each time you phone. When asked if you are holding too long and you email them requesting a call back no one ever calls. Why do these call centres even exist?
