Disgraceful 100% increase
Discovery medical aid u make assumptions about salaries. When you work on adhoc you can earn anything from R 10 to R10000 how do I prove what I earn. You put my medical aid premium from R3000 to R6000 with the same benefits. I would rather pay that amount to another medical aid than pay you R6000 for a medical aid with hardly no benefits. You expect me to pay this money and have to go to network hospitals that aren't in my area. I'm a single mother with 2 children. I would never refer discovery to anyone. I feel you just care about money and not the people

No money paid to medical aid from liberty corporate
Liberty corporate pays my mom's pension into her bank account. Before they deposit her pension her discovery medical aid is paid to discovery. For 21 years it's been fine. Liberty corporate never paid money to discovery medical aid and result is her medical aid has been suspended. My mom is 92 she could get ill at any given time. I've contacted every single number possible to talk to someone to ask why this has happened. I've had no luck with any of their staff. We emailed them as well and get told it's under investigation. This is totally unacceptable who will I blame when something happens so please check and see your medical aid is getting pain when Liberty corporate does it

Defy dishwasher disappointing
I bought a defy dishwasher 16 months ago it doesn't wash clean. I put salt in till no salt can go in as soon as I switch machine on the salt light comes on. Then we it has enough salt and rinse aid it doesn't rinse the glasses I have salt cakes on them. I'm very disappointed with this dishwasher I've had 2 previous ones that worked perfectly 4 over 20 years

Feedem catering in retirement homes
Feedem at Arbour village is disgusting how are old people supposed 2 eat this terrible food. It's time this company asks old people if meals are good. Change management change staff but they need a major shake up.
