I bought hair products from this business. They only sent me one of the 2 products I bought. I sent an email to ask for the rest and she was so rude(I can send the email if needed)and said they'll send the second bottle. To date, nothing has been sent and I bought these a few months ago. I tried calling and she wouldn't respond. I sent whatspp message and she blocked me. She won't respond to any emails also. I dont know what to do anymore
I had my identity stolen soon after I had visited a dealership and submitted my documents to Westbank for VF a few weeks ago. I was alerted by my private banker of this fraudulent act. They had gone to an extent of applying for "my driver's " licence too and they were in a process of buying a car worth 1.6M. I am now told that Westbank refused to investigate. Now, on what grounds are they refusing to investigate? I deserve to know who did this. I am pretty mush sure it was an inside job and I demand to know who did it!!! It is my right to know. Not that I will ever again use Webank for any of my financial needs but the public also deserves to know that Westbank doesn't care of potential clients!!!
