A one star is even too good for this **** of a company!!! This company invests in financially obligating people to nonsense. They lie to people in a mission to monthly debit your account for nonsense. I was contacted by one of their agents who **** to me and said I have been CHOSEN to be their BRAND AMBASSADOR and try out their products which are new products. They took a lot of information from me such as my skin condition and what I prefer for my skin care routine. In conclusion, I was told to expect a package with all products that will help me with my skin and in exchange I would pay a R205 fee. Unfortunately a week later, one week before the debit had to run, I had to cancel the subscription and request that they don't debit anything from my account. I did this in due time but they prolonged the cancellation process until the debit ran and once I requested a refund of the debit amount back into my account they now claim to not have a refund policy, they offered me a R500 voucher to use on their WEBSITE ONLY and I would still need to settle the delivery fee MYSELF. I REFUSED the offer and clearly stated I wanted a full refund of the R205 AND NOTHING MORE. The lady who assisted me, PALESA, told me she cannot assist me further and I have no other option but no accept the voucher. I AM BEYOND INFURIATED BY THE INCOMPETENCE THIS COMPANY IS. NEVER TAKE THEIR CALL, NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, THEY KEEP YOUR DETAILS ON THEIR SYSTEM WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT TOO. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE THEY HAD MY DETAILS FROM ME JUST ORDERING A BROW WAX FROM THEIR WEBSITE. MORE LIKE A PHISHING COMPANY.
You will sit for over 30 minutes with to assistance whatsoever unless you fight for services and furthermore... DONT BOOK YOUR CHILDREN IN with Dr HF Koekemoer. The arrogance and classist Doctor ever. He is rude, no good form of communication and really rushes into the session as though you are wasting his time.
I visited Medicross Princess Crossing and chose to be assisted by Dr v.d westhuizen in terms of my heart issues. I clearly stated that I had cramps where my heart was situated and that I sometimes feel like my heart could just stop as it tends to go cold and make my entire chest area feel cold. In return I was provided with an unreadable script which to my surprise was a script for a patient suffering from severe diarrhea. Such incompetency, luckily I was given an opportunity to not take the medication the above Dr recommended. I am yet to call Medicross Princess Crossing and request a proper script.
