Continual spammers, after many years of getting their **** emails, I finally found their ISP. After many complaints to them, they have informed me that they have blocked the account. Send your complaints to support@1-grid.com
Pathetic service, the wrong item was delivered and repeated attempts at contacting them failed. The link they sent to contact them via WhatsApp elicited no response whatsoever. This is the first time I have ordered from Makro online and will certainly be the last. Eventually, I wasted more time and money phoning them and got a response after escalating the issue.
Always get another quote : These guys quoted me R9750 for new shocks. Hi-Q quoted me R3250 for exactly the same ones!
Afrihost do not rollover data on their Mobile product, even though ICASA have ruled the following in May 2019 :- "Provide consumers with the option of rolling over unused data, before it “expires”, to ensure that they don’t lose unused data. But Icasa hasn’t prescribed how long that data must be rolled over for. " Afrihost did not give me the option to roll over the data and are ignoring my protests.
<p>I purchased 5 packs of 10 DVD-Rs which are unreadable after writing to them. I tried to return four packs which were unopened and was told that they would not refund my money but would give me an "in-store credit". I do not want a credit as I will never be going to that shop again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why would I buy anything else from them? If it's faulty, I get a credit to buy something else that's faulty?</p>
