Very frustrated. They canceled my order and are now delaying my refund. It falsely states that I received my money but I honestly did not receive a cent. I wanted the goods, they refused but are not giving me the money
I was ****** by "too spoilt beauty and Lazer " they said that I redeemed my voucher, I never did. I purchased this product for delivery, they then said they don't deliver However it didn't say that when purchasing. Too spoilt not only **** but refused to respond to my messages, Hyperli.com has a lady Chancel, not helpful in the least. She doesn't assist consumers. Very disappointing. Instead of enquiring Chancel simply cc's the business, no follow up at all.
Extremely unhelpful company, I think it also matters who you communicate with there. I purchased a weight loss product from "too spoilt beauty and Lazer spa" No where did it state that the product cannot be delivered to me. Now the company refuses to deliver. On contacting Hyperli.com requesting a refund, Chancel says that I did receive the product. I explained that I did not, no response. On speaking to other people that have used this sight I'm told once they get your money, there is no assistance should you have any issues. I still want my refund. It was alot of money. I'm a single mum and I saved up for months because I am really struggling with my self esteem, I'm so disheartened.
The owner asked me to make an extra payment of 300 during my stay and after I had settled the full amount charged online. He increased his price during my stay after payment. No hot water. No heater during these cold winter nights.
